chiliz  is a currency that fuels blockchain-backed platforms & products geared toward casual, mainstream consumers beginning with Socios.com. chiliZ are intended to be used solely for the Socios.com Platform and the Company will not support or otherwise facilitate any secondary trading on an exchange or the secondary market or the external valuation of chiliZ, which are all beyond the scope and purpose of the Socios.com Platform. This restricts the contemplated intended use of chiliZ only to the Socios.com Platform and could therefore create illiquidity risk with respect to chiliZ that the Participant owns.
